Restorative Engagement Program
A Path to Healing and Accountability
Alfi Health is currently providing Restorative Engagement Programs to support individuals who have experienced historical harm while working within the Thoroughbred and Harness Victorian Racing Industry.
Eligible individuals have access to voluntary and confidential counselling support and a safe space
A Path to Healing and Accountability
Alfi Health is currently providing Restorative Engagement Programs to support individuals who have experienced historical harm while working within the Thoroughbred and Harness Victorian Racing Industry.
Eligible individuals have access to voluntary and confidential counselling support and a safe space to share their experience directly with senior representatives from Racing Victoria or Harness Racing Victoria, with the goal of acknowledging harm, promoting healing, and fostering accountability. All support is offered free of charge.
The programs have been developed in response to Recommendation 3 of the Independent Review conducted by the Office of the Racing Integrity Commissioner (ORIC).
The Restorative Engagement Programs commenced in September 2025 and will operate for 24 months.
